Obituary: Steve Bradeen, 72, of Branford
A Vietnam veteran who proudly served from 1969 to 1971, he retired from warehouse work in 2020 due to several Agent Orange health issues.

Steve Bradeen of Branford passed away on Friday, June 30, 2023, at the VA Hospice in West Haven. He was the brother of Deborah Rosa of Meriden, and Galene Nedjoika (husband Jeff) of Divide, Colorado. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Christine Bradeen of Milford. He was the loving uncle to Kory Downs of Salem, CT, Rachel Bradeen of Wallingford, CT, Nicholas and Ryan Bradeen of Milford, CT, and Victor Nedjoika of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Emma Nedjoika of Divide, Colorado. He was predeceased by his brother Roy Bradeen and his brother Robert Bradeen, his sister-in-law Monica Bradeen and brother-in-law Alan Rosa. Steve was born in Bangor, Maine on September 28, 1950, a son of the late Rodney and Ada Philbrick Bradeen.
He proudly served his country and was a Vietnam veteran of the United States Army from 1969 to 1971. He worked many years for Roganson Brothers of Branford an affiliate of Wise Potato Chips. He most recently worked for CT Warehouse as an automotive parts warehouse and delivery person and retired in 2020 after several significant health issues due to Agent Orange.

Funeral services and burial will be public and will be held at Branford Center Cemetery on Saturday August 12 at 12:00 P.M. The W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main St., Branford is in care of arrangements.
