Obituary: Theodore J. “Ted” Aub, 70

Theodore J. “Ted” Aub of Madison died on Thursday September 28, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Ellen Brown Aub. Ted was born in New Haven January 8, 1947, son of the late Richard and Ethel Halper Aub.

He was the owner of A & A Auto Parts in Branford for many years. Ted served on many civic boards and organizations, including the United Way of Branford, the Branford Festival Committee, and the Marine Corps League. Besides his wife, Ted is survived by his children, Marc Aub, Rebecca (Robert) Parry, Thea (Alex) Robnett and Anita Aub; his grandchildren, Eleanor, David, Charlotte, Amelia and Harley; and his sister Judith Aub (Ed Perten).Visitation will be Wednesday October 4, from 9:00 - 10:45, with a memorial service at 11:00, in the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main Street, Branford. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Marine Corps League, c/o the funeral home.
