Owner and house mixologist Jared Schulefand has created 4 amazing infusions using Onyx (moonshine from East Hartford). He then created handcrafted, original cocktails using each infusion. Executive Chef Mike DiVincenzo created a four course dinner pairing each course with a different one of Jared's cocktails.
