Petition Drive, Social Media Campaign Initiated to Bring Costco to Branford
Costco officials recently said they are no longer interested in Branford, but supporters aren't throwing in the towel just yet.

BRANFORD, CT – Residents who want Costco to build a store in town aren’t giving up, even though the company has told the town it is no longer interested in building a 158,000-square-foot store near Exit 56 off Interstate 95.
Supporters of Costco have started a Bring Costco To Branford Facebook page and are circulating a petition on the page, asking for signatures, that they plan to turn over to First Selectman Jamie Cosgrove – asking Cosgrove to ask Costco to reconsider.
