Police Arrest Man Who Failed to Respond to an Infraction in Branford: Milford Police

Milford police say the took custody of the suspect on April 18.

MILFORD, CT - Police say they took custody of a New Haven man who has two pending warrants for his arrest out of New Haven and Branford.

Milford police took custody of Clifford Harris, 41, of Lexington Avenue in New Haven, on April 18 for allegedly failing to appear in court on March 3 stemming from a trespassing arrest in New Haven on Jan. 29, police said.

Harris is also accused of failing to respond to an infraction he received in Branford on August 12, 2015 by the appropriate date, police said.

He was held on a $2,603 bond and is charged with second-degree failure to appear and a failure to respond infraction.
