Popular Branford Restaurant Close to Reopening: Report
The restaurant closed in February after a pipe burst and renovations are ongoing.

Branford, CT - When Edgar Ortiz had to temporarily close his popular La Luna Restaurant at 168 North Main Street he thought it would be a short term move.
But almost six months later and Ortiz is still awaiting to reopen. But the good news is Ortiz tells the New Haven Register's Luther Turmelle that he is confident of reopening by the end of August.
Ortiz closed in February after a burst pipe flooded the bar and dining room areas. Insurance claim issues was the reason for the delay but Ortiz says he's making progress and will definitely reopen soon.
