Popular Branford Restaurant New Owners 'Excited' for the Opportunity

The new owners have been in the food business industry for the past 35 years.

BRANFORD, CT – Campania Ristorante & Taverna may be changing ownership but the new owners vow that it won’t be any different than the excellent cuisine and service its customers have grown accustomed to.

The Solevo family announced on their Facebook page that as of February 1st that they will be passing on their ownership to Lou and Trina Rossitto.

The Solevos said: “The Solevo family would like to than all of you for the almost 10 years of patronage and support here in Branford. It has been our great pleasure to host you all of you, but the time has come for us to pass Campania on to a new family!”

Lou Rossitto has worked in the food service for over 35 years, specializing in Italian cuisine.

"I’m excited for this opportunity and looking forward to meeting our guests,” said Lou Rossitto. “Like so many of you we've fallen in love with the cuisine at Campania. We will continue to offer the same great menu and integrate some new and exciting specials."

Trina Rossitto added: "We've worked very closely with the Solevo family through this transition. Maintaining the family owned and operated environment that the Solevos have established at Campania is very important to my husband and I.”
