Proposal For New Use of Friendly's Building in Branford to be Heard Tonight
The Branford PZB will meet and review plans to turn the former Friendly's building into a new use.

Tonight, the Planning and Zoning Board will review plans that could turn the former Friendly’s site at 22 Leetes Island Road into a new sit-down restaurant, reports Esteban L. Hernandez, of the New Haven Register.
The proposal is being pitched by Fusco-Shiller Branford Associates.
Originally, plans called for demolishing the Friendly’s building and building two new structures, one, for a restaurant, and one, for a bank, the Register reports.
