BRANFORD, CT — Call it spring-cleaning for your yard.

Spring curbside leaf pick-up begins next week; the week of March 28th and continues through the week of May 12th, occurring every other week on the following dates: March 28–March 31st, April 11–April 14, April 25-April 28, and May 9 -May 12.

Please remember your leaves must be placed in brown paper leaf bags or loose in cans, never in plastic bags, and placed near household trash and recycling the night before regular collection day.

Brown paper leaf bags can usually be found at the following Branford stores: Big Y, Branford Building Supplies, Caron’s Corner, Richlin, Stop & Shop, Walgreen’s, and Wal-Mart.
