Shoreline Lobster Clambake Details Announced

The Shoreline Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that its 11th annual Lobster Clambake presented by Guilford Savings Bank is open to the public and will be held at The Owenego Inn in Branford on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 from 5-8pm.

The event is a fundraiser for the Shoreline Chamber to enable the organization to continue to support and provide resources to local businesses. Through its history, the event has grown to accommodate more than 200 adults and children at this family-friendly event.

The traditional lobster clambake dinner consists of lobster or steak, clam chowder, steamers, corn on the cob, and salad for $48. A light-fare option of chicken, hamburgers, and hotdogs is also available ($25) as well as a kids’ meal option ($15).

The 2016 event adds some new surprises and some old favorites including music by John Saville Entertainment, candy buffet courtesy of All That Jazz, craft table where kids can make lobster puppets sponsored by Branford Dental Care, oversized bowling sponsored by Kiernan Photography, photo opportunities with Olaf sponsored by Total Mortgage, Sno-Cones courtesy of Airbounce Amusements, Glo Necklace party favors sponsored by Webbersaur.us, and Water Wars sponsored by Nationwide Insurance – Mobeck-Guandalini.
