Shoreline YMCA Receives Approval to Expand: Report

BRANFORD, CT — The Shoreline YMCA received the go-ahead to proceed with a 3,000-square-foot addition and to add an outdoors basketball court, reports Steven M. Mazzacane, of the Branford Seven.

Some of the planned work includes a 1,288-squre-foot indoor playscape and outdoor playscape, and a screened splash pad, the Seven reports.

An indoor basketball court is something the YMCA hopes to add one day, but nothing is imminent.
