St. Mary's Students Thank Branford Police Officers For Their Service

Branford Police Chief Kevin Halloran said the youths kind gesture reinforces how much the community supports the Police Department.

National Police Week 2015

When you think you’re having a bad day and reflect over the past year or so regarding how difficult the job of being a police officer has become with the national attention focusing primarily on the negative interactions between the police and the community, and ask yourself why you continue to put on the uniform on everyday?????

Thank you so much to the children and staff of St. Mary’s School to remind me and the men and women of the Branford Police Department of why we put on the uniform! We know people in the community support the Police and I couldn’t think of a nicer way to express it!

Thank you again!
