Starting March 1, Branford Property Owners Operating Short Term Rentals Must Register With Town
Short-term rentals are typically furnished and rented for less than 30 days. Think Airbnb or Vrbo.

BRANFORD, CT—Intended to "balance the ability of homeowners to rent their properties on a short-term basis with the need to protect neighborhood character, public safety, and quality of life," the Short-Term Residential Rental registration opens March 1, the Town noted in a news release.
Short-term rentals are typically furnished and rented for less than 30 days. Think Airbnb or Vrbo.
Dubbed STRR, registration for the program "helps ensure that rental properties meet applicable safety, parking, and hosting requirements, and that a clearly identified local contact is available to respond to concerns if they arise."
