Stony Creek Brewery Owner Pitches Hotel Plan: Report
The hotel would be near the popular brewery.

BRANFORD, CT — Stony Creek Brewery Owner Ed Crowley is proposing to construct a 34-room boutique hotel along the Branford River, reports the Branford Eagle.
The hotel would be built at 4-6 Indian Neck Avenue, which is adjacent to the popular brewery. Crowley purchased the land for $600,000, the Eagle reports. He is expected to submit plans to the zoning commission in July.
According to the Eagle, the rooms would be 420-square-feet and cost $150 to $250 a night. People travel from all over to the visit Crowley's brewery and often would like to stay nearby. Hotel plans may include a boardwalk and floating dock too.
