Then and Now: Trinity Episcopal's Paint Job
When did Trinity Episcopal change its exterior color?

Looking at the Branford Green during the summer from, say, (one of my regular stops downtown), you get a wash of green against a white backdrop. starts that border on Montowese, and it flows into , and then into the white spires of the red brick .
But Trinity Episcopal's iconic look – white siding and bright red doors – is not its original style. As evidenced by the photo in the Van Dyke album, from the , taken in 1921, Trinity Episcopal once had a much different paint job.
When did that change in siding take place, and was there any other remodeling done at the time? I'm counting on our champions – or history buffs like Eunice Arnold and , who were our two earliest answerers in the last Then and Now column – to know the answer!
