Thimble Island Brewery Building In Industrial Park Sells For $2.4M: O,R&L Commercial

BRANFORD, CT — The Thimble Island Brewery building, 16 Business Park Drive in Branford, sold for $2.4 million, "marking a notable industrial transaction in the town’s Business Park area along I-95, announced O,R&L Commercial.

The 29,567 SF building on 1.77 acres is well positioned for continued commercial and industrial use.

Will Braun of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented both the Seller, Business Park Holding Company, LLC and the buyer, S,Z&I, LLC.

According to state and other records, the corporation's principal is Paul Greenberg of Woodbridge, a Certified Public Accountant.

In a separate transaction, the industrial building located at 16 East Industrial Road in Branford, commonly known as the Hal Brown building, also sold for $2,400,000.

In this sale, Will Braun of O,R&L Commercial represented the buyer, Ted Zuse, while Matty Murchison of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services represented the seller, AHB, LLC.

Both properties are situated within Branford’s established industrial corridors and benefit from proximity to Interstate 95 and the Greater New Haven market. The closings reflect sustained interest in well-located, functional industrial assets throughout the region.
