Third Person Running for Branford First Selectman Position

Jacey Wyatt, who ran for first selectman in 2013, is petitioning once again to get on the ballot.

It appears Branford Republican First Selectman Jamie Cosgrove and his Democratic Challenger Mark Rabinowitz will have company on the ballot.

Jacey Wyatt, a self-described ‘supermodel’, is once again running for the town’s top seat, reports the Branford Seven.

Wyatt and members of the Independent Branford Voters Party are petitioning to get get on the ballot and Wyatt, who garnered 5 percent of the vote in 2013, already has more than half of the necessary signatures, the Seven reports.

Wyatt is a member of the Parks and Open Space Committee. In 2013, Cosgrove earned 59 percent of the vote to win a first term.
