Town Clerk Election Update On Same Day Registration, Absentee Ballots
Branford advising residents not yet registered that they can do same day registration, with correct documents, absentee ballots accepted.

From the Branford Town Clerk:
"Not registered to vote? For Tuesday, Nov. 5 only:
From 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., go to the Community House, 46 Church St. with the driver's license or passport and proof of Branford address (utility bills/pay stubs, etc.) if you do not have a (driver's license with Branford address on it).

From the parking lot and on the first floor, follow the "same day registration" signs. You’ll be able to vote after registering.
Need an absentee ballot? Today’s the last day to apply for an absentee ballot in the Clerk's office. Voter absentee ballots must be received by 8 p.m. Tuesday, Election Day.

Polls are open Tuesday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Bring your photo ID.
