Town: Have Damage From Sunday's Flooding Event? File Survey With CT Emergency Management

BRANFORD, CT — The town's Office of Emergency Management took to Facebook Monday to let residents know that the state Division of Emergency Management and Homeland Security and the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection have activated the link below to capture damage reports from the September 13th flooding event.

This survey aims to help state and local emergency management officials across Connecticut identify and understand damages that have occurred during recent natural disaster activity.

This is an information-gathering survey only. The information will be used to determine if the state is eligible for any post-disaster programs through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and/or the Small Business Administration (SBA).

Submitting a report does not guarantee assistance, but it ensures impacts and needs are documented.
