Tutoring Service Signs Lease Deal in Branford

BRANFORD, CT — Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, recently announced that Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS and a Commercial Associate at the Company’s North Haven Commercial Office, has recently brokered the sale of 80 East Main Street in Branford, CT. for $170,000.
