Vacant St. Elizabeth's Church Site May Be Redeveloped In Branford
Informal plans have been discussed by a developer, which would result in the vacant church being demolished.
BRANFORD, CT — Developer Michael Massimino is considering redeveloping the former St. Elizabeth's Church site on Burban Avenue into a pretty large scale residential development including 55 single family homes and 110 apartment units, reports Branford Seven's Editor Steven M. Mazzacane.
The church would be demolished according to the informal plans presented to the town. The cost for the land is $2.5 million.
