Why the Patch is failing...

I stopped posting blogs on the Patch (my own blog gets way more hits), and I received an email from The Patch requesting I re-engage in blogging.  I didn't.

However, I do still get email updates that I forgot to shut down.  So this "update" arrived today, and I took a look.  Turns out it's a ridiculously irresponsible hit-piece that has transposed the word "conservative" with "kooky".  It is pseudo-journalism of the worst kind, and while it is posted to desperately generate "hits", it is a prime example of why The Patch is failing.
