She was arrested in Milford and was found behind the wheel of a reported stolen car.

MILFORD, CT — A New Haven woman is accused of stealing a vehicle and possessing cocaine, Milford police said.
On March 24, officers stopped a vehicle in the parking lot of 263 Cherry Street, police said. After a DMV check of the vehicle's registration showed it to be stolen out of New Haven, an investigation led to the arrest of Lori Snell-Savage, 54, of Ferry Avenue in New Haven, who was driving the vehicle, police said.
Police said Snell-Savage was also in possession of cocaine and had an active warrant for her arrest in which she is accused of failing to appear in court on March 3 stemming from a larceny arrest in Branford on Feb. 10, 2017.
