1 Injured In Bridgeport Shooting; Police Investigating

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A person suffered a leg injury Sunday night in a shooting in the 500 block of Boston Avenue in Bridgeport, according to police.
The shooting occurred just after 8 p.m.; the victim was treated in Bridgeport Hospital, but the extent of the injuries and the person's condition were not immediately available.
Bridgeport police were alerted to the incident by several 911 calls, but additional information about the shooting was not disclosed.
