2 Separate $30,000 Winning Lottery Tickets Sold In Bridgeport
One lucky winner hit playing KENO , the other winner with a scratch-off ticket, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — Two people are $30,000 richer each this week after claiming winning lottery tickets purchased in Bridgeport, the Connecticut Lottery announced.
On Thursday, Richard P. claimed a winning 30X Cash 10th Edition ticket he bought at Swissland Farm on Broadbridge Road.
Also on Thursday, an unnamed winner claimed a winning KENO ticket that had been bought at Uptown News & Variety on Main Street.

The Connecticut Lottery publishes partial winner information as public record, according to officials.
The 30X game, which costs $30 per ticket, began in February, and as of Monday, 41 grand prizes of $30,000 remained unclaimed. More than 1 million game tickets have been printed, and the overall odds of winning are 1 in 3.53.

As for KENO, players can make wagers of $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10 or $20, and odds vary. The maximum amount a lucky player can win is $1 million.
