BRIDGEPORT, CT — Six people were displaced on Friday after a two-alarm fire in the 40 block of Rose Street in Bridgeport, according to authorities.
No injuries were reported in the 4 p.m. fire, and the American Red Cross is assisting the six adults who have been displaced.
When firefighters arrived at the home, they quickly called in the second alarm, which led to blaze being brought under control.
The cause of the fire is being investigated by the Bridgeport Fire Marshal’s office.
