BRIDGEPORT, CT — A motorcyclist was pinned under a vehicle and suffered an ankle injury Saturday night in a collision with another vehicle near Washington and Highland avenues in Bridgeport, according to police.
The two-vehicle crash occurred at about 9:30 p.m., and the motorcyclist was quickly removed from underneath the other vehicle by police and fire personnel.
No other injuries were reported, and police said the motorcyclist was taken to St. Vincent’s Medical Center for treatment.
The crash is under investigation; the driver of the other vehicle remained on scene and cooperated with police, according to authorities.
