BRIDGEPORT, CT — Two unnamed Bridgeport residents are a bit richer this week after separately claiming winning lottery tickets worth $25,000 and $20,000, the Connecticut Lottery announced. Both tickets were sold locally.

The next day, the $20,000 winner also claimed a 200X 4th Edition ticket; this one was purchased at Family Market on Capitol Avenue.

The Connecticut Lottery no longer publishes winners’ names without their written consent, in accordance with Sec. 3(d) of Public Act 25-112, according to officials.

The game, which costs $20 per ticket, began in September 2025, and as of Thursday, one grand prize of $1 million remained unclaimed.

More than 2.5 million game tickets have been printed, and the overall odds of winning are 1 in 3.21.
