Pedestrian Injured In Hit-And-Run Crash In Bridgeport: Police

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Bridgeport police are investigating after a pedestrian was struck and injured by a hit-and-run driver Monday afternoon.

The incident occurred at about 12:40 p.m. near the intersection of Boston and Seaview avenues.

"Upon arrival, the pedestrian was located and transported to a local hospital for evaluation of minor injuries," Shawnna White, Bridgeport's public information officer wrote in a statement.

Additional details were not disclosed.
