BRIDGEPORT, CT — A motorcyclist "sustained significant injuries" Monday night in a collision with another vehicle in Bridgeport, according to police.
The crash occurred at about 7 p.m. in the area of Barnum and Central avenues, and the motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital.
Details of the crash were not disclosed, but Bridgeport police said that the driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with authorities.
