Six Bridgeport homes hold open houses Oct. 10-11, priced from $379,500 to $699,900, mostly in the North End and along Park Avenue.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Bridgeport's open houses this weekend are mostly in the North End: a renovated Cape on Greenwood Street, a raised ranch on Platt Street and a Colonial on Oxford Street. The Oxford Street home is being sold by the same family for the first time in 52 years, and it backs up to Elton Rogers Woodland Park. Two Park Avenue townhouse condos near the Fairfield line round out the list.

Six Bridgeport homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 10, and Sunday, Oct. 11, with prices from $379,500 to $699,900, according to Zillow.com.

Saturday, Oct. 10

329 Greenwood St., noon to 2 p.m., $425,000. Listed Oct. 6, this renovated 1957 Cape in the North End has hardwood floors, a white kitchen with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances, and a first-floor primary bedroom and full bath. The finished basement leads to an under-house garage. It's a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home with 2,092 square feet.

2675 Park Ave. #5, 1 to 3 p.m., $379,500. This end unit at Embassy Town Homes has three levels. The living room has a fireplace and French doors to a private balcony, and the kitchen has an island, built-ins and granite counters. Both upstairs bedrooms are suites with vaulted ceilings, and the lower level has a family room, laundry and a garage. The listing says it's available for immediate occupancy. It's a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo with 2,289 square feet; the HOA fee is $570 a month.

Sunday, Oct. 11

24 Oxford St., 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., $399,000. Owned by the same family for 52 years and offered for the first time, according to the listing, this 1943 Colonial sits at the end of a quiet street and backs directly to Elton Rogers Woodland Park and its trails. It has a wood-burning fireplace, hardwood floors, central air and an upstairs sunroom. The dining room was once a third bedroom and could be converted back. It's a two-bedroom, 1.5-bath home with 1,376 square feet.

464-466 Hollister Ave., 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., $699,900. This 1908 three-family home has units on separate floors, and the listing says the units are occupied. Zillow counts it as an eight-bedroom, three-bath property with 3,176 square feet.

3300 Park Ave. #33, 1 to 3 p.m., $499,000. In the Brownstones at 3300 Park Avenue, directly across from Fairfield, this townhouse has three stories plus a finished basement, along with a private front patio and a large back patio. It's a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo with 2,474 square feet; the HOA fee is $659 a month. Its price was cut by $51,000 on Oct. 5.

368 Platt St., 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., $515,000. Coming to market Oct. 11, this 1970 North End raised ranch has hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a fireplace, an updated heating system and a finished lower level with extra rooms. It has a one-car garage. Zillow lists it as a three-bedroom, three-bath home with 2,794 square feet.

Make a weekend of it: Saturday's two stops, Greenwood Street at noon and the Embassy townhouse at 1 p.m., are an easy pair. On Sunday, start at Oxford Street, which opens at 11 a.m. and backs up to Elton Rogers Woodland Park. Then head over to the Brownstones on Park Avenue at 1 p.m. and finish on Platt Street, open until 4:30.
