BRIDGEPORT, CT — Bridgeport police are investigating after a man was shot in the chest Monday morning at the intersection of Cottage Street and Park Avenue, according to authorities.
The shooting was reported at about 9 a.m., and the victim was rushed to an area hospital for treatment.
Additional details were not available, but no arrests have been made.
