Truly a significant piece of BRIDGEPORTS'HISTORY THE BARNUM MUSEUM still stands today as a tribute to the greatest showman ever P.T.BARNUM.THE location of the museum is at 820 MAIN ST. BPT.CT.THERE it a array of collectibles depicting P.T.BARNUMS' life.BARNUM funded the building of this museum,among other projects he did for our city.IT is a three story building .ALTHOUGH several storms over time damaged the contents of the museum some things were salvaged.BARNUM was truly a leader in our community and deserves to be recognized for his contributions to our city.
