Bridgeport Burglary Suspect Crashes in Trumbull, Gets Arrested: PD

TRUMBULL, CT — Police from Bridgeport hunted down a burglary suspect in Trumbull where he crashed his vehicle and continued to flee on foot, police said.

Bridgeport and Trumbull police searched the area of Manor Drive in Trumbull, according to the Connecticut Post. He was wanted for a Bridgeport burglary.

State Police and a Milford K-9 unit joined the search.

The suspect crashed his car into a tree in the area of White Plains Road. He was apprehended around 6:15 a.m.

Police haven't released the suspect's names or charges against him.
