Members of the department's Strategic Narcotics Enforcement Team were in the Chestnut Street area about 6:45 p.m. when they saw an Infinity sedan travelling in an erratic fashion. The officers pulled over the driver, later identified as Kimani Williams, on nearby South Main Street and "immediately noted a strong odor of marijuana" coming from inside of the vehicle.

"When officers searched the car, they found a loaded .357 handgun, which had been stolen out of Virginia. Officers also discovered additional marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle."
