Bridgeport Man Charged With Larceny, Forgery
The man was a suspect in the forging of checks from a Wilton home in October 2018.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Police charged a Bridgeport man with larceny and forgery stemming from crimes committed last year, according to a report.
Connecticut State Police apprehended Randolph Pettway Jr., 35, of Elizabeth Avenue and brought him into Wilton Police Headquarters on Oct. 8 on an active arrest warrant.
Pettaway was a suspect in the larceny and forging of checks from a Wilton home in October 2018. The checks were stolen and forged to withdraw $7,000 dollars from the victim's account, according to the police report.

The Wilton PD charged Pettaway with one count of third-degree larceny and two counts of third-degree forgery. He was released on a $15,000 bond and scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Oct. 29.
