Bridgeport Man Charged With Murder Of Waterbury Woman
A city man was arrested Tuesday on charges connected to a homicide case.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — A Bridgeport man has been charged with the murder of a Waterbury woman last month, according to The Connecticut Post. Gonzalo Diaz, 44, is one of three suspects who have been arrested in the murder of Denise Rogers-Rollins, who police found with a gunshot wound in the torso at her Wall Street apartment Dec. 7.
She later died due to her injuries.
Diaz was held on $1.5 million bond and charged with felony murder, conspiracy to commit felony murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, criminal possession of a firearm and criminal use of a weapon, The Post reported.
