Luciano was given access to the victim’s personal credit card "to pay for things he needed to complete his job requirements, such as mailing items at the post office or buying things needed for the business."
Allegedly beginning in January of 2016, Luciano "began spending more money than was needed for the business."

Westport Police Officer James Sullivan was able to uncover that Luciano allegedly "would use the credit card at restaurants and for gift cards. Luciano would also pay for round trip flights to Florida."
Additionally, Luciano is also accused of falsifying checks that were supposed to be delivered to the victim’s clients by forging the client’s name on the checks and taking the money for himself, according to police.
Police obtained a warrant for Luciano's arrest, and he turned himself into police custody on Thursday, July 6.
He was held in lieu of a $50,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on July 13.
