Bridgeport Man Faces Gun, Drug Charges: State Police
Dashon Johnson is facing numerous charges related to dealing drugs.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — A Bridgeport man was arrested Thursday on drug-dealing and gun possession charges. Dashon Johnson, 41, of 324 Lenox Ave., was charged with operation of a drug factory, three counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell, two counts of criminal possession of a firearm, and another charge related to gun possession.
According to state police, at 5 a.m. Thursday, law enforcement raided Johnson's Lenox Avenue home based on information that he was selling drugs from the home. Police said they found contraband US currency, a gun, crack cocaine, cocaine, heroin, and drug packaging materials at the home.
Johnson, who is a convicted felon, was taken into custody and held on $300,000 bail.
