Bridgeport Man Fled During I-95 Traffic Stop, Arrested Later On: State Police
An on-scene investigation revealed a court-issued, full no-contact order with the arrestee's passenger, CT State Police said.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — A Bridgeport man who fled from police during a traffic stop on I-95 in New York was arrested a short time later in Greenwich on Tuesday, according to the Connecticut State Police, who noted the man had an active court-issued, full no-contact protective order with his passenger.
Heury Aponte, 23, was charged with violation of a protective order, improper use of registration plate, and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
On April 22 at approximately 6 p.m., Connecticut State Troopers form Troop G - Bridgeport were notified by New York State Police and the Westchester County Real-Time Crime Center that a black Acura TLX fled from a motor vehicle stop on I-95 north in New York and was traveling into Connecticut, CT State Police said.

Troopers and Greenwich Police located the vehicle on I-95 north in Greenwich and conducted a motor vehicle stop after successfully boxing the vehicle in, CT State Police said.
Aponte was identified as the driver, and an on-scene investigation revealed the no-contact order with the passenger in the car, CT State Police added.

Aponte posted a $20,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Wednesday.
