Bridgeport Man Followed, Touched Customers Inside Store: Milford PD
Police said the accused "had gotten close to the victims and in several instances, touched the victims causing them alarm."
MILFORD, CT — A Bridgeport man, Hilmer Santos Roca, 32, is accused of touching customers while inside a Milford store, police said.
On Feb. 26, police responded to the Michaels store for a report of a suspicious man, police said.
"Police received several accounts from victims that stated that a male, later identified as Roca, following them around the store," police said in a news release. "Roca had gotten close to the victims and in several instances, touched the victims causing them alarm."

Police said Roca left the store and officers found him at a nearby mall.
"Upon speaking to Mall Security, they found that there had been several similar complaints from victims inside the mall," police added in their news release. "Roca was located inside Boscov’s and was taken into custody."

He is charged with three counts of breach of peace, three counts of public indecency and two counts of third-degree stalking. He was given a $10,000 bond.
