Bridgeport Man Found With Cocaine in Car: Milford Police
Police say the car was about to get onto the highway when it was stopped.

MILFORD, CT — An equipment violation led to the arrest of a man and the discovery of cocaine inside the vehicle in Milford, police said. On April 14, officers stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation on the Interstate 95 Exit 34 on-ramp, police said.
Investigation led to the arrest of Bernardo Pizarro, 61, of Nichols Street in Bridgeport, who was found to be in possession of 21 grams of cocaine and small clear packaging baggies, police said. Further investigation showed Pizarro to have an active warrant for his arrest for violation of probation, police said.
He is charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell, failure to display license plate and violation of probation. He was given a $30,000 bond.
