Bridgeport Man Grabs, Shoves Officer At Local Eatery: Milford PD
Police responded to the local restaurant on a report of an 'unruly group.'

MILFORD, CT — A Bridgeport man is accused of grabbing and shoving a police officer while at a local restaurant, police said. On Jan. 13, police responded to Village Bistro, 141 Merwin Avenue, on a report of an unruly group, police said.
Investigation led to the arrest of Sebastian Tavarez, 27, of Asylum Street in Bridgeport, who is accused of shoving and grabbing an officer by the arm, who was investigating the initial call, police said.
Tavarez is charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 6.
