Bridgeport Man Killed In Stratford Shooting: Police
Police are continuing to investigate the homicide.

STRATFORD, CT — Police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting early Saturday morning on Regency Terrance as Eduardo Concepcion, 30, of Bridgeport. Police responded to Regency Terrace at about 2:20 a.m. on the report of a shooting. Responding officers found Concepcion, who had been wounded by gunfire and taken to Bridgeport Hospital where he later died, according to Capt. Frank Eannotti.
Eannotti said preliminary investigation revealed that two men were sitting in a parked car on Regency Terrace when they were approached two men on foot. The men exchanged words and one of them “produced a firearm and fired at least one shot striking the victim,” according to Eannotti. The victim had been an occupant of the vehicle. The two men ran from the area, according to Eannotti.
