Bridgeport Man Possessed Heroin In Milford: Police
Police said the man had the intention of selling heroin.

MILFORD, CT — A Bridgeport man is accused of possessing heroin inside a vehicle in Milford, police said. On Sept. 11, officers stopped a vehicle on Bridgeport Avenue near Naugatuck Avenue for a moving violation, police said.
Investigation led to the arrest of Elijah Vines, 18, of Park Terrace, who is accused of being in possession of heroin, with the intent to sell, police said.
Vines is charged with possession of narcotics and possession with intent to sell. He was given a court date of Oct. 10.
