Bridgeport Man Stole $24K In Cash, Jewelry During Burglary: Cops
Police investigated the burglary late last year and arrested the suspect on a warrant June 25.

STRATFORD, CT — A Bridgeport man accused of stealing about $24,000 in cash and jewelry from a Stratford home was recently arrested, according to police. Hakheem Burnett was identified as a suspect in the residential burglary on Albright Avenue during the investigation of the incident in November, Stratford police Capt. Frank Eannotti stated in an email. The 26-year-old was arrested on a warrant while at court June 25, according to Eannotti. Burnett is charged with larceny, burglary and criminal mischief.
