Bridgeport Man Tries to Fraudulently Fill Prescription for Oxycodone: Milford Police

Police say the man was arrested on a warrant this week.

MILFORD, CT — Police say a Bridgeport man is accused of trying to fill a fraudulent prescription for Oxycodone at Walgreens in Milford. On April 4 officers took custody of Alberto Morales, 32, of Spring Street in Bridgeport in regards to an active warrant for his arrest.

Morales is accused of attempting to fill a fraudulent prescription for Oxycodone at Walgreens, 1083 Boston Post Road on Feb. 20, police said.

He is charged with second-degree forgery and illegal obtaining of prescription drugs. He was released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Milford on May 2.
