Bridgeport Police Make Arrests For Illegal Dumping

The arrests are part of a city effort to crack down on quality of life issues.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — The city is cracking down on quality of life issues and made arrests in three illegal dumping incidents last month, according to The Connecticut Post. The city launched a task force and offered rewards to residents who reported and documented illegal dumping.

The incidents included throwing construction debris and garbage bags into the street, The Post reported.
