Bridgeport Woman Charged with Strangulation
She allegedly strangled and assaulted another person on Halloween.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A Bridgeport woman turned herself in to police headquarters in Wilton on an arrest warrant for strangulation. The warrant was issued by Norwalk Superior Court.
Rachel Ragone, 25, of Madison Avenuet, was accused of strangling and assaulting another person on the night of Oct. 31 in Wilton. She was charged with two counts of strangulation/suffocation in the second degree, assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.
Ragone was released on bail and scheduled to appear at Norwalk Superior Court on Dec. 10.
