Man, 19, Charged in 2016 Bridgeport Murder
BREAKING: An arrest has been made in the 2016 murder of Shane Slinsky. Police expect to make additional arrests in the case.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A Stamford man was charged with the August murder of a Stamford man in Friday, according to Bridgeport Police.
Police served an arrest warrant on Jeremy Middleton, 19, for his role in the murder of Shane Slinsky on August 27, 2016. Police say Slinsky was brought to Bridgeport from Stamford by three men he believed to be his friends, who intended to rob him.

According to a report from the Connecticut post, Slinsky, 18, was driven to the area to meet with someone for a drug deal.
Middleton was charged with felony murder, conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree and larceny in the third degree. He is being held on a $500,000 bond, and police expect to make further arrests in the case.
